Delete your ServicePro account
ServicePro.co, from Growth Tools Inc. Last updated: August 2026
Delete it from the app
- Open the ServicePro app and sign in.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the summary. It names any business that will be deleted along with your account, and any that will carry on without you.
- Confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Reset your password first, then delete the account from Settings as above. Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen, or use the link on app.servicepro.co. We send a link to the email address on the account.
We will not delete an account on the strength of an email asking us to. Deleting an account also deletes the business and website behind it, and an email address is too easy to forge for a request that destructive. Proving you can receive mail at the account's address is the point of the reset.
What happens next
Your account stops working immediately. You are signed out everywhere and you cannot sign back in. Your personal data is then permanently removed within 30 days.
The 30 days exist so a mistake can be undone. Signing back in will not cancel the deletion, but our support team can reverse it during that window if you contact us. After it, the data is gone and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address, phone number and password.
- Your businesses, where you are the only owner left.
- The websites belonging to those businesses, which stop being reachable.
- The customer records those businesses hold: contacts, enquiries, messages, notes, bookings and call history.
- Photos and files you uploaded to those websites.
- Your notification preferences and any connected Google account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Businesses with another owner. If someone else still owns a business you belong to, that business, its website and its customer records carry on. Only your membership of it is removed. The summary in the app names these before you confirm.
- Billing and tax records. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years. These are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and contain no card details of ours.
- Records we are legally required to keep. For example, records of consent for text messaging, kept to show that consent existed.
