Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is permanently free and includes a full website, your own booking page, unlimited leads, an inbox, and AI-drafted review replies. No credit card required.
Can I cancel the Pro plan anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard anytime. Your site stays live through the end of your billing period.
What happens to my site if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your site remains live but features beyond the Free plan limits become read-only. You keep your existing content — extra pages are unpublished but not deleted, so you can restore them by upgrading again.
Are there any per-lead charges?
No. Unlike Thumbtack or Angi, ServicePro does not charge per lead. You pay a flat monthly rate. Unlimited leads are included on Pro.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is coming soon. Currently, all plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
