Our why
Owner-operators deserve the same systems as the big guys.
Calls, scheduling, invoices and marketing all wait until the job is done. We built Sam to do that work for you.
What we believe...
Every service pro needs good systems.
Bigger companies have an office. Someone answers the phone, books the job, sends the invoice and follows up. When you run the business yourself, all of that lives in your head and gets done after dark.
ServicePro is that office. Every call, text and booking lands in one inbox, every job is on one schedule, and every invoice goes out with a link to pay by card. Sam keeps it all moving, so nothing slips on a busy week.

You shouldn't have to learn another app.
Business software costs a ton of money, it's a pain in the ass to set up, and you never know if it's working. Most of it ends up back on paper.
With Sam there's nothing to learn. Text him like you'd text anyone in your office: book a job, move it, send an invoice. When something needs a yes from you, it shows up as a text. The app is there when you want to see everything in one place.
Sam texts you when he needs a yes.
The best work should win, not the biggest ad budget.
Before anyone calls you, they look you up online. Right now the companies at the top of Google are often the ones paying an agency, not the ones doing the best work.
Real photos of real jobs. Reviews from real customers. That's what should win the job, and almost none of it is online.
Finish a job, take a picture, text it to Sam. It's on your site, your Google profile and your social pages before you're back in the truck. After every job, Sam asks the customer for a review.
Text Sam a job photo and it goes on your website.
We only win when you stay booked out.
An office assistant costs about $48,000 a year3, so most pros do the office work themselves. Sam does it for a fraction of that.

Why we built Sam.
We're two software engineers who want service pros to win.
Tim grew up in a family of service pros. His dad and his grandfather both did the work, and he saw up close how up and down a service business gets without the right systems behind it. He went on to start and scale a home cleaning business of his own, where he did the jobs and ran the office himself. Then he moved into software and has spent over a decade helping local businesses get found online.
Daniel came up on the software side and has helped scale some of the largest software companies out there. Now he builds those same systems for local businesses that want to win.
