By accessing or using ServicePro ("Service"), operated by Growth Tools Inc. d/b/a ServicePro.co ("ServicePro", "we", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ServicePro provides AI-powered website generation, SEO optimization, and digital marketing tools for home service businesses. Our platform creates and hosts websites ("Jobsites"), monitors search engine rankings, and provides lead management tools.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
  • Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate website content, including text and images. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may require review and editing for accuracy
  • You are responsible for verifying all content before publishing
  • AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You retain ownership of content generated for your business

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or illegal activities
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Misrepresent your identity or business information

6. Intellectual Property

The ServicePro platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Growth Tools Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business content and data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Website Hosting

Websites created through our Service are hosted on third-party infrastructure. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting for accounts that violate these terms.

8. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Tools Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, search rankings, or lead generation outcomes.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Text Messaging (SMS)

ServicePro sends text messages through its messaging provider for two purposes:

  • Booking messages to consumers who book through a business's ServicePro booking page — a one-time verification code plus booking confirmations and reminders. Consumers opt in by entering their mobile number and requesting a code on the booking page.
  • New-lead and account alerts to business owners and the recipients they designate. Recipients opt in by adding their number in the dashboard and confirming via a text we send before any alerts are delivered.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help (or email [email protected]). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing; numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above.
