1. Booking texts
Businesses use ServicePro.co, operated by Growth Tools Inc. d/b/a ServicePro.co, to take bookings online. When you book with one of them, you can tick "Text me updates about this booking". Ticking it is optional: you can book without it, and you will not get these texts if you leave it unticked.
By providing your mobile phone number and ticking that box, you agree to receive recurring booking text messages from the business you booked with, sent through ServicePro.co: booking confirmations, appointment reminders and replies to your questions about the booking. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact [email protected]. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. One-time verification codes
When you tap "Send code" on a booking page, we text you a one-time code to confirm your phone number. It is one message per request, sent only because you asked for it, and it does not sign you up for any other texts.
3. New-lead alerts for business owners
Business owners using ServicePro.co, and the people they add, can get a text when their business gets a new lead. They opt in by adding their number in the dashboard and confirming a text we send before any alert is delivered. Message frequency varies with how many leads the business gets. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
4. Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number. We confirm with one final message and send nothing more unless you opt in again or reply START. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
5. Your information
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only to send the texts described above. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
