Pressure Washing Software in 2026: The 8 Best Tools Compared, With Real Prices

The short version: the best pressure washing software depends on what you need it to do

For a solo pressure washer the best trade-specific pick is QuoteIQ at $29.99 a month, the safest general pick is Jobber Core at $29 a month on annual billing, and the only tool on this list built to get you found on Google is ServicePro, which is free. Most owners end up running one of the first two alongside the third.

Here is the whole field, with prices taken from each vendor's own pricing page on September 5, 2026. "Marketing plan" means the cheapest tier that sends review requests and text or email campaigns for you.

Every tool above except ServicePro manages work after the customer has already called. That is the job they are built for, and the good ones do it well. The section after the reviews covers the other half: how a pressure washer shows up when a homeowner searches, which none of these seven do.

What pressure washing software needs to do that general contractor software does not

Pressure washing has three habits that most field-service software was not designed around.

You quote without a site visit. A house wash or a driveway can be priced from a satellite view and a couple of photos, so the tools that measure square footage from a map and turn it into a quote in under a minute win a lot of jobs on speed alone. That is the feature QuoteIQ is known for, and it is why the trade-specific tools exist at all.

Your proof is visual. Before-and-after photos close more pressure washing jobs than any written estimate, so the software should make it easy to attach photos to a quote, an invoice, and a review request. Most of the tools here handle photos on the job; fewer put them anywhere a new customer will see them.

And the season decides your cash flow. Demand spikes in spring and drops through winter, which means the follow-up features matter more than they do for a plumber: the reminder text in March to last year's customers, the automatic review request the day the job closes, the campaign to the neighbours on the same street. The tools with those features cost more, and for this trade they are usually worth it. Our pressure washing pricing guide covers what to charge; the rest of this post covers what to run the business on.

QuoteIQ: the trade-specific pick

QuoteIQ was built for exterior cleaning contractors and it shows in the feature list. Its satellite measuring tool (MapMeasure Pro) prices a house wash from the address, and the app is organised around the quote-to-invoice loop rather than dispatching a crew.

Pricing as of September 2026, from QuoteIQ's pricing page: Essentials is $29.99 a month ($25 on annual billing) for one user with estimates, invoices, scheduling and online payments. Beginner is $74.99 ($62.50 annual) for two users and adds the satellite measuring, e-signatures and the Review Multiplier that asks customers for a review. Pro is $149.99 ($125 annual) for four users and adds email and text automation and QuickBooks. Elite is $299 and adds mass text and email campaigns; Max is $699 for unlimited users and includes the AI website builder that is otherwise an add-on. There is a 14-day trial, no contract, and QuoteIQ locks your price once you are a customer.

Best for: a full-time solo operator or a two-truck business that wants quoting to be fast and does not want to configure a general tool for the trade.

What to know: review requests start at $74.99 and automation at $149.99, so the marketing features that matter most in a seasonal trade sit two tiers above the entry price. QuoteIQ lists no social media posting on any plan through Elite. The website builder is a paid add-on below the $699 tier, and a builder is a different thing from a site that ranks for "pressure washing" in your town.

Jobber: the safe general-purpose choice

Jobber is the default answer on r/sweatystartup and in most pressure washing Facebook groups, and the reason is that it is hard to get wrong. Quotes, scheduling, invoicing and online booking all work, the app is good, and it integrates with more or less everything.

We verified Jobber's plans on September 4, 2026 in our Jobber pricing breakdown. Core is $29 a month on annual billing ($49 monthly) for one user, with online booking, quotes, invoicing, online payments, a basic website and reporting. Connect is $99 ($139 monthly) and Grow is $149 ($199 monthly). The marketing features are sold separately: the Marketing Suite is a $99 a month add-on on any tier, which puts a solo operator with marketing at $128 a month, and Jobber's Sales Pipeline and AI Receptionist add another $49 and $29.

Best for: a solo or small-crew pressure washer who also does gutters, windows or Christmas lights and wants one tool for all of it, or anyone who expects to add a second crew within a year.

What to know: nothing in Jobber is specific to exterior cleaning, so you will build your own quote templates and there is no satellite measuring. The basic website is a page with your services and a booking form. If you are already on Jobber and the bill has crept up, our cheaper Jobber alternatives piece walks through the options.

Housecall Pro: for the business that will grow into a crew

Housecall Pro competes head-on with Jobber and wins on dispatching, service agreements and the strength of its mobile app for technicians. For a pressure washer it makes the most sense when you expect to be scheduling two or three crews rather than yourself.

From our Housecall Pro pricing breakdown, verified September 4, 2026: Basic is $59 a month on annual billing ($79 monthly) for one user with online booking, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, integrated payments and review management. Essentials is $149 ($189 monthly) and MAX is $299 ($329 monthly). Campaigns for email and text marketing, and Websites, are both paid add-ons, and Housecall Pro does not publish their prices.

Best for: an owner planning to run multiple trucks, or one who wants review management included at the entry price rather than two tiers up.

What to know: the most common complaint in Housecall Pro reviews is add-on creep, where a $59 plan becomes a $200 bill after Pipeline, Campaigns and a seat. Get the add-on prices in writing before you compare it with Jobber. If you are choosing between the two, our Housecall Pro vs Jobber comparison covers real costs at each crew size.

GorillaDesk: the value pick for recurring routes

GorillaDesk started in pest control, and its strengths follow from that: route planning, recurring service schedules, and cheap broadcast messaging. A pressure washer with recurring commercial accounts, or one who has bundled monthly trash-can cleaning or window cleaning into the business, gets more from it than a pure one-off residential operator does.

From GorillaDesk's pricing page as of September 2026: Basic is $49 a month ($539 a year) with unlimited admin users, invoicing, estimates, basic routing up to 25 stops and broadcast email and text. Pro is $99 ($1,089 a year) and adds online booking, review generation, a customer portal and GPS tracking. Growth is $149 ($1,639 a year) with a sales pipeline and custom fields. Texting is a $5 a month add-on plus credits, roughly $50 per thousand messages. Month to month, no setup fee, and they will import your data for free.

Best for: route-based work, and any owner who wants unlimited users at the entry price.

What to know: there is no trade-specific quoting, and the marketing features stop at review requests and broadcasts. Nothing in GorillaDesk puts you in front of a homeowner who has not already called.

ServGrow: the cheapest full stack, with a catch

ServGrow is the low-price entrant, and on paper its Grow plan covers more of the marketing side than anything else on this list at the price.

From ServGrow's pricing page as of September 2026: Pro is $19 a month on annual billing for one user with scheduling, estimates, invoicing and payments. Plus is $32 for up to three users and adds a customer portal, forms and job photos. Grow is listed at $32 a month as a promotion, against a regular price of $139, for up to five users with text and email campaigns, broadcasts, review generation, online booking and a website. A two-way texting number is $10 a month, and there is a 14-day trial with no card.

Best for: a new operator who wants campaigns, review requests and a site for under $40 and is comfortable that the price is promotional.

What to know: the catch is the word promotional. Budget for the regular $139 if you build the business on the Grow features, because the promotional price has no published end date. The included website is a template site; it is a place to send people, and it is a long way from a site that ranks for your services in the towns you cover.

DripJobs: for the job that closes over weeks

DripJobs was built for painters, whose quotes sit with the homeowner for two or three weeks before a decision. That is exactly the shape of a larger pressure washing job (a whole-house soft wash, a roof, a commercial lot), and DripJobs' 40-plus ready-made follow-up messages are the reason it appears in pressure washing roundups at all.

From DripJobs' pricing page as of September 2026: Pro is $97 a month for one admin user with the drip sequences, a job scheduler, online payments, proposals with e-signatures and a customer portal. Advanced is $147 and adds email blasts, appointment reminders, a custom email domain and Zapier, with two-way texting as an add-on. Growth is custom-priced for five or more users. Add-ons include chat at $25 a month and job costing at $49. There is no free trial and no contract.

Best for: an operator whose average ticket is high enough that a lost quote hurts, and who wants the follow-up written for them.

What to know: it is the most expensive entry price here, and the quoting is not built around square footage. Pair it with a measuring tool if you go this way.

PowerwashOffice: free for the side hustle

PowerwashOffice is the only tool here that is both trade-specific and free. It is a plain job manager, and for someone with a trailer, a pump and weekends it is enough.

From its pricing page as of September 2026: the Owner Operator plan is $0 for job management for one user. Teams is $30 a month plus $5 per additional team member and adds employee management. Everything else is an add-on: a CRM at $65 a month, WordPress and API integration at $65, a phone system at $65, and multi-location at $50.

Best for: a part-time or first-season operator who needs to keep jobs and invoices straight and does not want to pay for it yet.

What to know: the add-ons turn a free tool into a $100-plus one quickly, and there is no review request, campaign, or website feature at any price. It is a good first tool and a poor second one.

The half none of these cover: showing up when someone searches

All seven tools above start working after the customer exists. Someone calls, you quote them, the software takes it from there. Scheduling, invoicing, follow-up, review requests: every one of those is downstream of the phone ringing.

When a homeowner needs a pressure washer they search Google, and they call whoever shows up in the map results with good reviews and a real website. In a trade where anyone with a rig is a competitor and the market refills every spring, being visible in the map pack for "pressure washing near me" and "house washing [your town]" is what separates a business from a side job. The businesses winning those searches have a complete Google Business Profile, a steady flow of recent reviews, and a website with a page for each service (house washing, driveways, roof soft wash, fleet washing) and each town they cover.

Some of the tools gesture at this. Jobber includes a basic website, ServGrow includes a template site, QuoteIQ sells an AI website builder, Housecall Pro sells one as an add-on. Each is a place to send people who already know your name. None of them tracks whether you rank, builds the town-by-town pages that earn map placement, or does anything about reviews beyond asking for them.

You can check where you stand right now with a free Google rank scan for your service area. It shows, block by block, whether your business appears for the searches that fill a spring calendar.

Where ServicePro fits

ServicePro covers the getting-found side, and it is designed to sit alongside whichever job-management tool you pick from the list above. We do not do scheduling, dispatch or invoicing, so there is nothing to migrate.

The free plan builds a full website from your Google Business Profile in about five minutes, on your own domain, with up to five service pages, a booking page for your Instagram bio or a yard-sign QR code, an inbox for every call and message, a review widget with five review requests a month, and no per-lead fees at any volume.

Pro is $99 a month with no contract, and it adds the pieces a marketing agency would otherwise charge a retainer for: Google Map rank tracking across your whole service area, up to 25 location pages so you rank in every town you cover, a tracked phone number with two-way texting, 100 automatic review requests a month with AI-drafted replies, posts written and published for you to your Google Business Profile and to Facebook and Instagram, and analytics that show which searches turned into jobs. The pressure washing page shows what the site and the rank tracking look like for this trade specifically.

So a setup that covers the whole loop looks like this: ServicePro brings the homeowner to a site that ranks and a booking page that takes the job; QuoteIQ, Jobber or Housecall Pro quotes it, schedules it and gets you paid. If the budget only stretches to one paid tool this season, the free ServicePro plan plus PowerwashOffice or Jobber Core is a complete stack for under $30 a month.

How to choose, by where the business is

  • Weekends and a first season. PowerwashOffice free for the jobs, ServicePro free for the site, booking page and reviews. Total: $0.
  • Full-time solo, quoting every day. QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99 or Jobber Core at $29 for the work, ServicePro free or Pro for the phone. Move to QuoteIQ Beginner at $74.99 when the review requests and satellite quoting start paying for themselves.
  • Two to four trucks, mostly residential. QuoteIQ Pro at $149.99 or Housecall Pro Essentials at $149 for dispatch and automation, plus ServicePro Pro at $99 for rank tracking, location pages and the tracked number. The rank tracking is what tells you which suburb to send the second truck to.
  • Recurring commercial routes. GorillaDesk Pro at $99, plus ServicePro Pro.
  • High-ticket soft wash and roof work. DripJobs Pro at $97 for the follow-up, a measuring tool for the quote, ServicePro for the site.

Whichever you pick, price it on an annual basis, and read the add-on list before you compare two tools at the sticker price. Every vendor here except PowerwashOffice and ServicePro sells at least one of review requests, campaigns, texting, or a website as an add-on or a higher tier, and that is where a $29 plan becomes a $150 one.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best free pressure washing software?

PowerwashOffice's Owner Operator plan is free for one user's job management, and ServicePro's free plan gives you a website on your own domain, a booking page and review requests. Together they cover a first season for $0. Jobber, Housecall Pro and QuoteIQ offer trials rather than free plans.

Do I need a CRM if I am a solo pressure washer?

Not on day one. A solo operator needs quotes, invoices, a calendar and a way to ask for reviews, which every tool here provides from $0 to $30 a month. A CRM earns its place when you have enough open quotes that some go cold, usually around the point you are sending more than ten quotes a week.

QuoteIQ or Jobber for pressure washing?

QuoteIQ if pressure washing is the whole business and you want satellite measuring and trade-specific quoting from $29.99 a month. Jobber if you also do gutters, windows or lights, or expect to add a crew, since it is the more general tool at $29 a month on annual billing. Both need a separate answer for getting found on Google.

Which pressure washing software posts to Facebook and Instagram for me?

None of the job-management tools do. QuoteIQ lists no social posting on any plan through Elite, Jobber's Marketing Suite is a guided plan rather than a posting tool, and Housecall Pro's Campaigns add-on is email and text. ServicePro Pro writes and publishes posts to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile as part of the $99 plan.

How much should pressure washing software cost?

As of September 2026, $0 to $30 a month buys job management for one person, $75 to $150 a month adds review requests, automation and a second user, and marketing features add roughly $99 on top with Jobber's Marketing Suite or ServicePro Pro. A two-truck business running job software plus a marketing tool should expect $200 to $250 a month all in.

Does pressure washing software get you customers?

No. QuoteIQ, Jobber, Housecall Pro, GorillaDesk, ServGrow, DripJobs and PowerwashOffice all manage work you have already won. New customers come from your Google Business Profile, your reviews and a website that ranks for your services in the towns you cover, which is the part ServicePro is built for.
